17. AI & Automated Features
The Platform uses AI for content generation, product descriptions, pricing recommendations, moderation, chatbot support, analytics, personalization, image enhancement, recipe suggestions, inventory forecasting, business coaching, and marketing assistance.
AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI outputs. We are not responsible for wholesale order fulfillment or payment collection between parties.
22. Brand Advocacy & Referral Programs
Brand advocacy, affiliate, and referral programs are operated by individual vendors. Advocates/affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and clearly disclose their relationship. Fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.
23. Live Streaming & Real-Time Features
Live streaming, real-time chat, and interactive features are subject to all Community Standards. Streamers are solely responsible for content broadcast during live streams. We may monitor, moderate, or terminate live streams at any time. Live commerce transactions during streams are subject to all Marketplace & Seller Terms.
